Booking enquiries

When you submit a booking request, we collect the name, telephone number, optional email address, requested date and time, number of guests and any notes you provide. This information is used to manage and respond to your reservation request.

Storage and access

Booking information is stored on the restaurant’s hosting environment and is accessible to authorised staff through a password-protected dashboard. The hosting provider and retention period should be confirmed before launch. Please do not include sensitive medical details in your notes.

Your choices

To ask about, correct or request deletion of your booking information, contact Pablo’s on 060 964 9570. We will handle requests in line with applicable South African law, including POPIA.

External services

Our contact page embeds Google Maps, which may process information under Google’s privacy terms. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
